Exploring Loreto

We went into downtown Loreto this afternoon to complete our explorations and do a little more grocery shopping. We needed to buy some red sauce to use in our experiment to replicate the taco/pizza we had for lunch. We spent most of the time on the Malecon, but did wander downtown as well. It was very quiet on a Sunday afternoon. Here are a couple of pictures of what we saw. Note the mountains in the background as they're quite spectular. Bob has been kicking himself ever since we got to Baja for not having a polarizing filter which would help the mountains show up better. When we got back from town, we were catching up on the news via internet (having internet in the Chalet for the last two days has been a treat) when Cathryn went off on a potty break and came back with some people from Sumner who we had met in Santispac yesterday. They were interested in a "tour" of the Chalet and noted our Martin Henry coffee on our shelf. It turns out they are coffee roasters too: Dellanos Coffee. Small world isn't it?
