Last Thursday, February 9, Cathryn flew to Houston for 3 nights with her parents, sisters and extended family. Cathryn and her parents went to sister Anne’s home for a delicious dinner with Anne, Eric, and their irreverent 30-year-old son, Jeff, with whom Cathryn tends to become overly loud and rambunctious.
Friday Cathryn, Dad and Mom all went for pedicures, and ran a bunch of errands.
Saturday’s highlight was a trip to nephew Brad and Kate’s home to meet Great-Nephew Clay Crawford, only 3 weeks old, for the first time, and see sister Susan and her husband Bob, along with new parents Brad and Kate. Cathryn’s parents, newly minted Great-grandparents, were thrilled to see Crawford’s namesake for the second time since his birth.
Bob stayed on the boat in Florida while Cathryn was gone to continue handling repair and upgrade projects, go to the Farmer’s Market, and write blog posts!
