This is home, and shows half of the reason we are going on this trip: the weather. The second half, of course, is the search for adventure!

Home on the road

We'll be towing our home-away-from-home behind our Toyota RAV4 and living in our 72 square foot 2005 Chalet Aspen, shown here on our initial trial run to Icicle Creek near Leavenworth, Washington in May 2008.

What's up first?

We leave January 19, 2009 for our first adventure of the year. The plan is to spend 8 weeks traveling to California, Baja Mexico and Arizona, with 4-5 weeks in Baja. Total driving distance is estimated to be between 5,000 and 6,000 miles.
